Here's my attempt, please forgive any major mistakes I'm going by
memory.

The song is in F, and he (Lindsey Buckingham) uses several guitars, some
with capos some with distortion, feedback (cool.) So I'll just give the
basic cord names, which I usually play bar chords:

F at the 8th fret
C at the 3rd
D at the 5th
Bb at the 1st

Also Lindsey makes extensive use of a Fsus9/F/Fsus9/F (I think that
is what it is called) sequence as well the same in Bb etc. Those are
realtively easy to do using bar cords:

        Fsus9 F Fsus9 F

----------------------------------------------
----------8--------8----------8----------8----
---------10-------10---------10---------10----
---------10-------10---------10---------10----
---------11-------10---------11---------10-----
-----------------------------------------------

I'm going to leave these out, 'cus I'm inexperienced at tabulature as
well as text editors, and the two make a nasty combination.

F C Bb
Loving you isn't the right thing to do

 Bb F
How can I ever change things that I feel?

F C Bb
If I could Baby I'd give you my world

Bb F
How can I if you won't take it from me?

Dm Bb C
You can go your own way (Go your own way)

Dm Bb C
You can call it another lonely day (another lonely day)

etc..etc..

Hope that helps.

Go Your Own Way
by: Fleetwood Mac
from: Rumours (originally)
this version from: The Dance
transcribed by: Kevin League (mleague@mindspring.com)

I think this song has been posted before, but I
haven't used any of those tabs. I figured this out all by myself.
There are 2 guitar parts in this song: Lindsey and a rhythm guitarist(who,
if you look closely is off to the back of the stage). I'll transcribe both.

Lindsey's chords:
F5:133XXX
C5:X355XX
Bb5:X133XX
Dm:X5776X

Rhythm guitarists chords:
capo VIII (all chords relative to capo)
A:X02220
Asus2:X02200
E:022100
D:XX0232
Dsus2:XX0230
F#m:244222

L=Lindsey
R=rhythm (During the verse, the rhythm alternates between Asus2 and A
quickly and does likewise w/Dsus2 and D. I'll call these riffs D* and A*.

Verse 1:
L: F5 C5 Bb5
R: A* E D*
Lovin' you isn't the right thing to do. How can I ever change

L: F5 F5 C5 Bb5
R: A A* E D*
things that I feel? If I could, baby I'd give you my world. How

L: F5
R: A
can I when you won't take it from me?

Chorus:
L: Dm Bb5 C5 Dm Bb5 C5
R: F#m D E F#m D E
You can go your own way. (Go your own way.) You can call it another

L: Dm Bb5 C5
R: F#m D E
lonely day. You can go your own way. (Go your own way.)

Verse 2:(same pattern as verse 1)
Tell me why everything turned around.
Packing up shacking up is all you wanna do.
If I could, baby, I'd give you my world.
Open up, everything's waiting for you.

D-0-0-2-3-2-0-------| play this riff 3x, then end on a big C5
A-------------0-1-3-| (rhythm plays chorus chords over this riff and
E-------------------| ends on an E chord)

That's about it. Again, you'll need to listen to the cd for timing.
There might be a few notes that I left out, but he goes into some fast
hammer ons that would be VERY tedious to tab out, but I'm sure you'll be
able to figure them out. Remember, Lindsey plays w/his fingernail and not
a pick, so use yer fingernails to get some of the squeals and harmonics he
gets. Have fun!
